PacMed is calling a Clinic Supervisor to Pacific Medical Centers in Lynnwood, WA.
This is a full time opportunity and is eligible for full benefits.
We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor, under the direction of the Practice Manager, to provide leadership and management for the clinic operations.
In this position you will:
Oversee all aspects of the practice/clinic operation including financial management and daily operations.
Assess, evaluate, and implement systems to improve clinic operations.
Manage supply costs, facilities, labor costs and staff productivity.
Work in collaborating clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic(s) meets performance expectations in the areas of medical quality, service, access, utilization and financial.
Represent clinic(s) in organizational projects and committees.
Required qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of two (2) years ambulatory care experience.
Two (2) years progressive supervisory and management experience, with budgetary and line experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years supervisory experience.

The Lynnwood clinic offers both primary care with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as Urology and a Registered Dietitian. Lynnwood provides onsite x-ray and laboratory. Interpreter services are also available for our patients.
