This is a part time position (20 hours per week) at our Madison First Hill Clinic and is elibible for benefits.
We are seeking a Medical Educator to coordinate all administrative functions and office management to support the Medical Education Director in accomplishing the department’s goals in a timely and efficient manner.
In this position you will:
Provide administrative and clerical assistance, sets up and maintain files and office systems, and office management support for clinic management and technology; uses Outlook, MS Office, and Project.
Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures.
Prepare annual schedules in conjunction with the various residency programs.
Coordinate internal computer access for student residents and fellows.
Develop residents’ clinic schedules.
Develop monthly Medical Education calendar.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Three (3) years administrative experience.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a customer oriented environment.
Strong knowledge and competency in Microsoft Outlook or other e-mail/meeting scheduling software, MS Office and have the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working in a physician residency program.
Health care experience.

The clinic offers both primary care (Internal Medicine) and numerous areas of specialty care from Audiology to Women’s Health. Interpreter services are also available for our patients.
