PacMed is seeking a Clinic Supervisor, under the direction of the Practice Manager, to provide leadership and management for the clinic operations.
In this position you will:
Manages clinic personnel as designee of Practice Manager and Director of Operations.
Participates in PMC and Clinic Leadership committees, projects and functions as appropriate.
In coordination with Practice Manager and Director of Operations, helps develop and implement strategic plans specific to the clinic, the organization as a whole, and surrounding community.
Collaborates with other Supervisors and support staff to coordinate and problem solve work processes and issues that cross departmental lines.
Monitors and adheres to expense budgets, including staffing, capital and supply expenses.
Required qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of two years ambulatory care experience.
Two years progressive supervisory and management experience, with budgetary and line experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Five years supervisory experience.
