Pacific Medical Centers Echocardiographer - Renton, Washington *Up to a $5,000 Sign on bonus* in Renton, Washington

Echocardiographer Opportunity

This position may include travel and/ or Weekend with added Differential pay. You may need to travel to any of the South Region ( First Hill, Renton and/or Federal Way). However, there is no evening or on-call/pager.

Essential Functions:

  • Independently conduct transthoracic and stress echocardiograms in outpatient care settings.

  • Assess appropriateness of orders for testing and confer with cardiology staff when concerns arise.

  • Write and proof reports.

  • Assess patient needs in terms of urgent care.

  • Perform all related scheduling, paperwork and computer work.

  • Willing to accept other responsibilities as given by supervisor

  • Oversee scheduling of echocardiograms on clinic schedule(s).

  • Order office and medical supplies as needed and maintain an inventory of each.

  • Perform tasks related to laboratory accreditation as needed.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Completion of cardiac sonography program or Commensurate training.

  • Credentialing through a National Registry – ARDMS as RDCS, or CCI

  • BLS certification

Preferred qualifications:

  • One (1) year recent experience as an echocardiographer
