Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.

Required qualifications for this position includes:
Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
One (1) year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate
Two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Two (2) years recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility
Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting
Recent prior experience with phone triage
Three (3) years of work experience in behavioral health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management
