This is a full time position in our Surgical Specialties and is eligible for benefits.

PacMed is seeking a Clinic Supervisor, under the direction of the Practice Manager , to provide leadership and management for the clinic operations.

In this position you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of the practice/clinic operation including financial management and daily operations.

  • Assess, evaluate, and implement systems to improve clinic operations.

  • Manage supply costs, facilities, labor costs and staff productivity.

  • Work in collaborating clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic(s) meets performance expectations in the areas of medical quality, service, access, utilization and financial.

  • Represent clinic(s) in organizational projects and committees.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of two years ambulatory care experience.

  • Two years progressive supervisory and management experience, with budgetary and line experience.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • Five years supervisory experience.
