USFHP Enrollment Coordinator

The USFHP Enrollment Coordinator performs enrollment, eligibility, and premium payment activities for beneficiaries. The coordinator researches and resolves eligibility questions, disenrolls members who have lost eligibility and notifies enrollees of changes in enrollment. Coordinators prepare premium payment invoices and collect premium payments. Responsible for various enrollment and financial reports and reconciling information between USFHP and Defense Health Agency systems.

Applicants that meet qualifications will receive a text with some additional questions from our Modern Hire system.

Required qualifications:

  • Health care business office experience with progressive responsibilities

  • US Citizenship

  • Required to obtain ADP 2 security status

  • Appropriate typing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration -OR- equivalent education/experience

  • Experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE

  • Knowledge of USFHP program or TRICARE benefits

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access
