Supervisor Social Work at Pacmed Clinics DBA Pacific Medical Centers

Responsible for providing case/care coordination and a full range of social work services including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, utilization management, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, crisis intervention, referral and resource, and liaison with insurance providers. Special focus on eliminating health disparities between racial & ethnic groups.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school

  • Specific Training in the provision of outpatient community services.

  • Training in using efficient, focused treatment approaches to patient problems

  • Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire -or-

  • Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire -or-

  • Washington Mental Health Counselor Certificate upon hire -or-

  • Washington Counselor Certified Adviser Certification upon hire -or-

  • Washington Counselor Certified Certification upon hire -or-

  • Washington Advanced Social Worker License upon hire -or-

  • Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire -or-

  • Washington Social Worker Certificate upon hire -or-

  • Washington Behavioral Analyst License upon hire

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
