We are seeking a Practice Manager to be responsible for the service line profitability and clinical performance standards. Key areas include financial performance, business development and service line daily operations, and day-to-day back office clinical operations of the site or service lines. Manages clinical staff coverage and coordinates care within the back office team to facilitate the provider/patient interaction
In this position you will:
Financial Management/Service Line Growth:
Ensures back office compliance with revenue cycle and billing of supplies and services.
With the Medical Directors, is responsible for development of budgets for service lines.
Ensures service lines meet projected growth, revenue, and expense goals.
Provides regular feedback to supervised employees through the performance management system to include quarterly appraisals and regular feedback sessions.
Participates in PMC and clinic leadership committees, projects, and function.
Provides daily leadership in the clinic to achieve the highest level of patient, provider, and employee satisfaction.
Assists with the achievement of service and quality goals.
Evaluates and develops staffing patterns, develops work schedules, assigns work duties and sets priorities within the work unit or area
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor degree in business admin or health services administration.
CPR certification within 4 months of hire.
Progressive supervisory experience.
Practice Management and/or Business development experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
