This is a full time opportunity based out of our Beacon Hill Corporate Headquarters.

We are seeking a Project Manager I to plan and coordinate multiple projects, including leading project teams and sponsor groups and serving as primary coordinator and delegator of work.

In this position you will: .

  • Create and maintain required documentation, which may include project plans, communication plans, go-live plans and budget tracking spreadsheets.

  • Coordinate testing, training and implementation tasks as necessary for assigned projects.

  • Delivers results with support from supervisor and/or more senior project managers.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of one year of successful experience serving as an Application Analyst, Project Lead or Project Coordinator.

  • Experience working in a leadership position with collaborative, cross-functional project teams, defining project schedules, estimating and tracking costs and resources, and working with user/customer groups.

  • MS Office and MS Outlook experience.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • MS Project experience.

  • Experience in a healthcare environment
