Pacific Medical Centers Project Manager II - IS Administration in Seattle, Washington

We are seeking a Project Manager II to assist stakeholders to develop policies and procedures related to operational changes resulting from implementation of applications and services and the effective and timely transition to the appropriate program manager.

In this position you will:

  • Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent complex projects, including leading project teams and sponsor groups, facilitating decision-making, options documents, business/ROI analyses, and serving as primary manager and delegator of work.

  • Create and maintain required documentation, which may include project plans, communication plans, go-live plans and budget tracking spreadsheets.

  • Coordinate testing, training and implementation tasks as necessary for assigned projects.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in IT or a healthcare related field.

  • 2 years of successful project management experience.

  • 1-3 years experience in healthcare information technology.

  • MS Project experience.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Project management experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Project Management certification highly desired or commitment to obtain certification.

well as therapeutic massage. Other services offered at Beacon Hill include an

anticoagulation clinic, infusion therapy, x-ray, onsite laboratory and

pharmacy. Interpreter services are also available for our patients.
