Description:

Seeking a full-time Outpatient Psychotherapist (LICSW) to join an established practice of experienced therapists at Pacific Medical Centers’ Federal Way facility, which features integrated Primary Care and support of on-site Psychiatrists. Serve a patient population that is culturally and clinically diverse, and enjoy a stimulating and rewarding workplace. • Outpatient care only

• Flexible patient scheduling, including modification of scheduling templates for the most appropriate patient care

• A minimum of two years of experience required

• Provide direct mental health services to adults, families and children

• Work within the scope of training, including individual, family marital and group counseling

• Works closely with case management process in the authorization of care

• Emphasis on efficient use of treatment through focused interventions that build upon clients existing strengths

• LICSW required

The Federal Way clinic offers both Primary Care (Family Medicine and Internal Medicine) and Cardiology, as well as Behavioral Health, Podiatry and a Registered Dietitian. Services include x-ray, onsite laboratory and cardiovascular lab. Interpreter services are also available for our patients.

Qualifications:

-Washington LICSW license

-BLS or ACLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
