This is a .5 FTE (20 hours per week) position and is eligible for benefits.

We are seeking RN to be responsible for assuring that organized and effective programs for employee health, safety and infection control are implemented, maintained and evaluated.

In this position you will:

  • Actively develop, initiate and coordinate programs and procedures to promote wellness and protect the health and wellness of Pacific Medical Centers employees and volunteers.

  • In collaboration with Medical and Operations Leadership, ensure Pacific Medical Centers' compliance with various federal, state and local regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety.

  • Oversee Pacific Medical Centers' Infection Prevention and Control Program to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors.

  • Be responsible for policies and procedures, record analysis, reporting, budget development, training, incident tracking and site reviews within the job's area of responsibility.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Graduate of a accredited school of Nursing.

  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Washington

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

  • Infection control certification within 1 year of hire

  • Minimum of five years of experience as a RN

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • BSN

  • Occupational health background desired

  • Experience in supervisory position
