This position will be locally based at a Pacific Medical Centers and responsible for 1) developing and maintaining relationships with primary care and specialty providers to support clinical institute growth and network alignment, 2) identifying and implementing new business opportunities, 3) building partnerships that advance the growth goals of the ministry and 4) ministry service line growth planning.
In this position you will:
Initiate and facilitate new business development opportunities through proactive relationships with physicians.
Conducts regular direct contact with physicians and office staff (including medical staff and non-medical staff physicians), establishing a positive relationship, identifying opportunities, and gathering market intelligence.
Leads physician outreach leveraging CRM, shares relevant information with PacMed Leadership, and holds PacMed teams accountable for addressing physician concerns and growth opportunities.
Responds to complex customer concerns, researching patient history as needed. Coordinates with Hospital Operations’ service representatives to resolve situations.
Utilizes technology and database applications to identify provider growth and alignment opportunities in PacMed Service area.
Assists with ministry-specific strategic and programmatic growth planning and implements initiatives asapplicable.
Assists with the development of business cases, proformas, strategic and financial plans.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Service Line, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
5 years Health care industry physician liaison or sales experience within a hospital, medical group/IPA or related health care organization.
Demonstrated experience developing successful, trusted, working relationships with physicians and medical office staff.
Experienced in overall business analysis including marketing, quality, and financial data.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Business/Market Intelligence tools and CRM platforms.
